Wire spraying

In the case of wire spray a wire of the required material is quasi-melted in an oxygen acetylene flame and with the help of the expanding gases I accelerated onto the prepared component surface.

Rhein Ruhr Beschichtungs Service utilises gas or compressed air in order to prevent deformation or microstructure phase changes in the substrate.

With this process all metallic substrates can be coated.
